Mabo udon is a pretty good way to use a saucey dish without having to eat rice.
Pastry squares are so handy. Great to dump some fruits on top and bake, bam, you've got pastries! Or lid some thick soup in a bowl and bam, you've got pot pie!
I can never seem to get Hokkaido curry soup just right, to taste the same way it does over there. But I'm getting closer each time.
It was actually pretty boring tasting. Way too healthy.
